Our modern aged press machines work on improved stamping process with aid of computer simulation, improved stamping control system & high precision tooling material. Our infrastructure is capable in forming any highly complex shapes. Deep drawn stampings are welded with advance technology of roll seam welding.

After necessary gauging & online testing (leakage, pressure, welding defects) assemblies are powder coated, painted after pre-treatment as per customer requirements & specifications. Offline testing is carried out periodically to ensure long lasting quality & durability.

Our Fuel tanks are thermal expansion resistant, corrosion resistant (internal - external), recyclable & can withstand harsh weather changes from -40°C to +90°C beside meeting low evaporative emission requirements & customer specified durability for appropriate time durations as well kilometer running. Our products conform to Indian standard of safety & CMVR norms. Bigger Size can be manufactured by creating necessary infrastructure within time schedule.
