Kaizen means continuous improvements, and we at Munjal Auto are always willing to learn. Utmost attention is given to constantly review the processes critically, and bring about improvements. For this the company has taken various ongoing initiatives.

    • Manpower up-liftment – People are the most valuable assets of the organisation. As far as they are growing, the organisation is growing, hence training and development is among the most prominent activities undertaken by the organisation.
    • Suggestions – Every employee is encouraged to give suggestions, and it is generally the people on the job who are capable of giving the best suggestions to bring about improvements.
    • Small Group Activities – Based on the review of the suggestions, projects are selected to be resolved in small groups within three months.
    • Knowledge management – Normally the improvements that are made are not properly recorded, and generally forgotten. We have built an elaborate knowledge management system to make the company continuously learn and grow.
    • Equipment Efficiency – At MAIL we thrive to keep the equipment running in good health as that is the most efficient way to produce good quality. For this we run campaigns like my machine campaign, etc.
    • Safety-We strongly believe in “Safety first” at all level and strive to follow the same. We organise safety campaigns for awareness to everybody.
